Fish products

We offer gutted fish, filleted fish (with and without the scales), fish portioned according to customers’ requirements and delivered on ice in Styrofoam crates.

The fish processing plan in Jesenice also has a smokehouse, so the range of products is extended by smoked fish, both freshwater and saltwater. To accommodate our customers’ needs, we have completed our range of products with saltwater fish, frozen ready-to-cook poultry products, and rabbit. The focal point of our business is the well-known “spa triangle”, with hotels, restaurants, and bathhouses with exacting clients. Of course, in addition to these culinary facilities, we deliver our goods to specialized fish shops and restaurants; our cooperation with major retail chains is a business of its own.
